(VERY HELPFUL, thank you) When I brought in the battery and the Mac, the staff were all friendly, welcoming and very professional. The location is easy to find with free parking and close to Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen. The battery literally was installed in less than 5 minutes and they took the time to explain recalibration with me. (I appreciate that, thank you.) The staff mentioned a hard drive update would make the Mac go so much faster. It was only $100 and included an external hard drive.
