"**************HIGHLY RECOMMENDED************* I brought in my old Mac to APPLE STORE and they won’t change the battery cuz it’s “too old.” Thank God I googled “computer repair in niagara” and JTG staff replied within minutes, directed me to the Amazon link to order the battery and bring it to them to install. (VERY HELPFUL, thank you) When I brought in the battery and the Mac, the staff were all friendly, welcoming and very professional. The location is easy to find with free parking and close to Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen. The battery literally was installed in less than 5 minutes and they took the time to explain recalibration with me. (I appreciate that, thank you.) The staff mentioned a hard drive update would make the Mac go so much faster. It was only $100 and included an external hard drive. This installation only took an hour and it was no problem waiting since the mall is so close. The staff are kind and extremely efficient.
