"My MAC was in a terrible state, it kept shutting down at 70% and I had so many ads popping up at the corner of my screen every time I log on :(. I researched and heard this place was open for 24 hours and heard amazing reviews about it. A good friend of mine had water spilled on her computer and she had to hand in her lab report in a couple days so she was freaking out.
